These terms apply to all mobile games published by SEEPLUS PTE LTD (“SEEPLUS”, “we”, “us”), including in-game purchases and content. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
By downloading, installing or playing one of our games, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play and uninstall the game.
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf and is responsible for purchases you make.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games for your own non-commercial entertainment. We and our licensors keep all rights in the games and their content.

All purchases are made through Google Play and are processed by Google. Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policies and the consumer laws that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under those laws.
Ad removal can be restored on any device signed in to the same Google account. Other items that are used up once delivered (such as gems, keys, summon tickets and bundles) cannot be restored after delivery, including after you uninstall the game or change phones.
Some items, such as chests and summons, are given at random. The chance of every possible result is shown in the game before you buy, and at seeplus.ai/games/rates.
There are no accounts and game progress is saved only on your phone. If you uninstall the game, clear its data, or move to another phone, your progress will be lost and we cannot recover it.
We may update, change or remove game content and features, including balance, items and events. If we decide to shut down a game, we will give notice in the game in advance.
You may stop playing at any time by uninstalling the game. If you break these terms, we may stop providing the game or its services to you.
To the extent permitted by law, the games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your needs.
To the extent permitted by law, SEEPLUS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data or game progress. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to our games is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep playing after it takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
