This policy explains what information is collected when you play mobile games published by SEEPLUS PTE LTD (“SEEPLUS”, “we”, “us”), why it is collected, who receives it, and the choices you have. It applies to all of our mobile games.
SEEPLUS PTE LTD is a company in Singapore and is responsible for the personal data described here.
Our games have no account system. You do not sign up and we do not ask for your name, email address or password.
Your game progress, settings and purchase records are stored only on your phone. We do not keep a copy on our servers. If you uninstall the game, this data is deleted and we cannot restore it.
You can delete it yourself at any time: in the game, open Settings → Delete my data. This removes all game progress stored on that phone.
Our games show ads through Google AdMob. The only ads are rewarded videos, and a video plays only when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward.
When ads are requested or shown, Google receives:
Where the law requires your consent (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the game asks for it first through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Ad choices.
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your Android system settings (usually Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads).

In-game purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Your payment details stay with Google; we never receive your card number or other payment information.
For each purchase, the game stores on your phone only the product ID, the purchase token issued by Google, and the time of purchase. These are used to deliver what you bought and to avoid delivering it twice.
We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the game is played and to fix problems. They collect:
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location.
Analytics data is kept for at most 14 months.
The game may schedule reminders on your phone. These are set and shown entirely on the device; no data is collected or sent for them. You can turn them off in your phone’s notification settings.
We use the information above to run the game, show the ads you choose to watch, deliver purchases, measure how the game is played and fix crashes. It is shared only with Google, as described in sections 3 to 5.
We do not sell your personal information.
Google processes this information in several countries, which may be outside the country where you live. Google protects these transfers as described in its own privacy policy.
Our games are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe this has happened, please write to privacy@seeplus.ai.
Depending on where you live — including under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and US state laws such as California’s — you may have the right to:
To make a request, write to privacy@seeplus.ai. We will reply within 30 days. Because we have no accounts, we may need a few details from you to find data that relates to you. You can also delete everything stored on your phone yourself with Settings → Delete my data, and change ad consent with Settings → Ad choices.
You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Information sent to Google is transmitted over encrypted connections. Data on your phone is protected by your device’s own security; keeping your phone locked helps protect it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information described here.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
